Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or exchange it for a different product. Returns must be received back at our facility in new condition within 14 days of the delivery date; unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup, bodily fluid, or deodorant stains.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
We will let the customer know this Additional Information:
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for store credit and exchanges.
- If your package becomes lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim with the according parcel service used. Please notify us via email so we may look into this as well.
